Default JPP this morning

have had a heck of a time catching live bait this year. Managed to catch a few three inch shad this morning in the back of Old Hickory cove. Had our foster son with. He has talked non stop for two months about wanting to catch a hybrid. So we dropped lines in and got to 17 ft of water and Wham! 18 inch hybrid gave the little guy all he could handle. Looped around and he got a 19 in same spot. No other bites there. When we ran out of live bait, started trolling in 30 ft of water at Cooks and he caught a 21 inch there. He's going to remember that for a long time. Between the fish and the excitement he was out of breath. Got run off by big boats by 930. Was a good morning

I took a buddy out for his first time on priest and first time hybrids. Got a few hybrids in elm hill area and then later in the morning in the channel by the Hobson pk cliff area. 15-20 fow shiners with small split shots. What were you trolling with?

When we ran out of live, switched to swim baits that go down 10 to 12 ft
