Default Percy Priest Drawdown

Does anyone know when the drawdown will begin on Percy Priest lake?

It looks like it has started. when I drove by yesterday all gates were open!

Started slowly a couple weeks ago. It's already down a couple feet.

Last Sunday I was on Priest and level seems pretty normal. Yesterday it had dropped a little over 3 feet. So sometime last week they started the drawdown.
