Smile A good day <'TK><

Well, for the second time this year I was able to fish my pond. About a month ago I had a good day catching a few nice Bass. Today I decided to check out my Catfish. I caught two instantly back to back. And lost one I couldn't turn.

They will live for another day though .. I didn't feel like dressing them .. <'TK>< Oh yea, their bait for today was Ball Park Hot Dogs...

👍
Sweet, TK. How long have you had those cats in there would you guess?
I am thinking about stocking mine for the 1st time since I have figured out how to control the duckweed and water meal.

Andy it is hard to say ... I had a major fish kill about 10 years ago.. I started restocking then until about 6 years ago. Now I have three species of Cats . I was surprised to see the size of these this year. I feed 32% Protein fish food for the cats and Gills... Also Bread for the Cats which are real active on top water in the Spring. It is fun to watch a big turtle slowly pull down a slice of bread and all of a sudden an explosion from Mr. Whiskers taking it away from him in one bite. <'TK><

Those are nice. Reminds me of the nice catfish we used to catch out of my grandpa's pond.

TK,
Glad you were able to get out and enjoy yourself. Good looking fish and really like the hat. If I haven't said it before, thank you sir for your service to our country and for this site!
