Default Old Hickory bream bite

Bluegill beds are loaded right now on Old Hickory... any shallow bay you find with beds. I went this morning, caught 24 in less than an hour and went home, cuz I didn't want to clean more than that. Talked to another old timer, who said him and his buddy caught 200 last week. I'm not into massive quantities, just quality time, like this morning. Caught all on a 4 wt flyrod with a black woolie booger. T'was fun indeed!

No pics other than tonight's left overs. The one's on the right were dipped in Mexican corn chips I ground up in the food processor. They were great!

Appreciate it, Walt. May have to see if I can get my wife and 2 year old out there this weekend. That boy is ate up with fishing and that sounds like it would be perfect.
