Default Quick trip on Priest

Had family in town all weekend but was finally able to get out for a couple hours yesterday afternoon. I didn't get on the water until 5:00 and the wind was blowing like crazy. That's usually a good thing on Priest and it was yesterday. I ended up catching 10 bass from 5-6:00. Then the wind died down and so did the bite. Best was a smallmouth that probably went a hair over 4lbs. She smoked a spinnerbait and nearly ripped the rod out of my hands. If you usually struggle on Priest, this is the time to go. They're pretty easy to find right now. I wish I had more time yesterday.

Very nice fish. I was out for a few hours but did not do that good. I chased Crappie mostly but ended up bass fishing. Caught 1 18" fat fish and missed a few others. I'm going to try again this weekend, water was nasty up around fate sanders.

I could see that. I was down in the lower end and water was still in really good shape.

I figured it would be better down that way but my trim went out on my throttle and I did not feel like running that far only doing 40 mph and getting beat to death by the waves. I had some friends catch 6 around hong kong.
