Default Road Prong Brookies

Up in the smokies this weekend we hit the high elevations of road prong today in search of some specs and boy what a day ive never seen a stream with so many of them between me and my buddy we manged 20 and lost 3 times that in just a few hours, fishing with white and pink trout magnets and every cast we had a bite, I even bent over at one point to tighten my wading boots and my jig just layed in the water beside me and I pulled up and had a Brookie on the end of the line lol it was only like 6" deep there, it's amazing how small a section of creek a trout can live in. We landed multiple TARPs with the biggest a wopping 12" monster! Just wish I hadn't dropped my phone in the stream last time breaking my camera in the process. Back at it for hopefully a full day tomorrow if the storms don't run us off, then Monday going to try for some of those monster smallies in the little pigeon no joke there's 6lb plus fish in there just haven't been able to coax one into the net yet

Good luck everyone and happy fishing
Tyler
