Default JPP CRAPPIE windy 4/6/2016

Caught these 17 Crappie just off river channel off a rocky bank about ten feet out. Used the electric chicken cm with a float. They bit good for about hour half then got lock jaw. Been catching in boat same place. Just upriver around bend from weakly bridge. Can walk in. A rod sock is nice walking thru woods. Had to detour around a rattler coming out. Think it would be too cool for snakes. He moved slowly because of cold but I did not.

I carry a little box with jigs and jig heads and a bucket. Travel light. I use this little Dewalt box for my jigs. I have ten inches marked on my rods. That is all I usually need. Pliers and small knife with scissors in my pocket.

Sometimes tho I tote a backpack.

I noticed a filet saw beside your DeWalt box.
