Windy Old Hickory report

Out at cages bend early this afternoon. It was too windy for me and my Bass Tracker so I spent close to 3 hours working with my new helix 7si. Water temp ranged from 47-50 in the back of the bay's. Some Shad are moving in the shallows as I found quite a few big bait balls.

We caught some crappie, no keepers on brush piles. The bigger non keepers were in brushpiles in the main lake, but couldn't stay in spot so went cove bound and caught smaller ones. It got extremely rough around 2pm so we left
