It varies down there. The are usually 2-6 ft in the coves across from Shutes. Drakes and Brandywine they have been deeper, 8-12 ft.

Drakes near Gallatin Rd looked OK, center of Drakes looked really bad so I did not fish Drakes. Water was 50 degrees. Fished smaller coves, not much happening and did not mark a lot of fish. Main lake was pretty well stained. Went up-lake and found a little better water. Caught a few in wood, a few off of docks. Guys I talked to bass fishing were not doing much, not sure why. Only ended up with 8 or 9 with 3 keepers.

Thanks, I never fish that far up, just don't know the water. I need to try down there, I would assume that the pressure is not quite as bad.

We caught 6 short Crappie fishing minnows in 15-20 ft. When the sun got up good we started bass fishing in the back of shallow coves throwing jerkbaits. We caught quite a few small bass..2 were keepers, barely.
