Default What to target at Cario in the AM.

A friend and I are thinking about hitting up Cario in the morning. Curious what species we would have the most luck with (striper, bass, crappie, or even any sauger). Being in a kayak I can't bring everything with me so I'm trying to narrow it down. Anyone been that way lately?

Also not worried about water conditions. I don't get very many opportunities to fish so gotta go when I can.

Ended up fishing Bledsoe Creek. Water was muddy but not as bad as I thought it was going to be (water temp was 54/55). Fished from 6:30 AM till about 11:00 AM and fought the wind the entire time. Targeted crappie with no luck, but I didn't get skunked...caught a 6.5 lb. cat. Still better than being at work.

A little late, but I caught some Rockfish in the area, but before all the rain. Glad to hear that the water is clearing. I'm going to try and get one more trip in before I have to go back to work Monday myself.
