Stripers near Clarksville

Thinking of hitting up some striper/catfishing near Clarksville/Cumberland city area this weekend
Any idea where they are about now?
Has anyone seen skipjack at the Cumberland city steamplant or know where they are on the Cumberland around Clarksville/LBL area?
