Default New State Record!

Come on guys... what is the smallest fish you've ever caught on a rod and reel? I landed this beast on OH yesterday. uploadfromtaptalk1450760170218.jpg

It takes extreme skill to catch a fish that small.

In Japan, there is a form of fishing called Tanago, which is literally fishing for the tiniest fish. They even have tournaments for the tiniest fish. I stumbled across it while looking for tiny hooks, but they take it very seriously. It is pretty comical to check out, and is supposed to be catching on over here. They have their own special hooks, rods, line and everything.

The site I found is TenkaraBum.com
