Got out sunday for a few hrs on the yak.Tons of baitfish around which could be why I only caught one crappie on cm's.Expecting the crappie bite to pick up in there over the next month or so.Talked to a co worker,a group of 8 floated the duck around shelbyville sat,caught numerous smallmouth on tex rigged lizards.

Bait is everywhere. I fished some Last Friday night and struck out. I had shad jumping out of the water and hitting me in the leg, scared the crap out of me in the dark. Shelbyville is right down the street from me, might need to check it out.
