Post September Catfish

Afternoon fellas,
Just wondering if any one out there is having any luck with catfishing lately. Been fishing every weekend for Damn near 3 months and can not find even one kitty! I've been using a tri-swivel with 5 ounce weights and circle hooks, with cut bait (skippies), shad caught with a cast net, and worms and hell I can't catch a cold. We have fished bank bound at cheatham damn, lock c, the ferry landing in cumberland city, Damn near any where. I've used the same setup over and over and of yall have any tips they would be appreciated. Thank ya very much.

Caught this feller around the grass in 2-3 foot using luer in pic.
they are chasing bait that is plentiful in the coves.

My 3-year-old grandson caught this channel cat on a worm last week on Old Hickory Lake in about 3' of water. I saw a bigger catfish roll in front of us, also in shallow water. I think that's their pattern right now.

A guy had some limb lines set in the cove we started bass fishing this morning and there were at least 4 limb shakers we saw. We were on Old Hickory

You need a bigger net.

I've been catching 30-40 catfish a day below old hickory dam. Cut bait, minnows, and chicken liver. I believe I could drop a jellybean down and catch fish. My dad was in town and caught a spoonbill. First one I've ever seen up close and personal!! Had a great weekend out fishing with him.

Damn is everyone having luck but me haha I struck out this weekend. Fished Friday at lock c, Saturday at Bumpus mills then Saturday night fished under the 79 bridge all Saturday night until about 600 am, moved to cross creeks and came across some monster flatheads cruising the shallows but couldn't land em. Fishaholic that would be great, I would really appreciate the help. I used shad all night and maybe that's just not what they were biting.
