floated the elk below tims yesterday. me and a buddy boated 70-80 fish. he caught a 23inch brown and I landed a 19inch brown. had a few in the 14-15 inch range. but the most fish went 8-11 inched and had a few as small as 4-5 inches. caught a lot of browns. more then the last time I fished there.
also seen lots of lamprey's. they where on the carp all over the place. I also caught a 15-16inch brown with one on it. we killed it.

Next time kill it and put it on a hook and drift it where some BIG browns might be and see what happens. Might be surprised.
I think the Carp/Buffalo fish are spawning right now. They are EVERYWHERE in shallow water on the Harpeth right now. If you are in to bow fishing or gigging, now's the time.
