Smile The Magic of Trout Magnets <'TK><

A northerly breeze a little cool and no visual activity on my pond ... Well I had to toss a few Trout Magnets ... After tying on a Bison color TM and looking for a few fat Gills for supper I had a pleasant surprise. After the third cast and retrieving the TM and it was almost back at the dock it just stopped like it was hung .. But I knew that there was nothing there to hang the bait ...

I Put a little tension on the rod and raised it slowly and low and behold was a approximately a 3.5 pound LM on the other end .. Now here I am with a Micro lite rig with 2 LB test line ... Well she took me off the hook ... She just opened her mouth released the TM and swam off ... What I can't understand why she bit .. My pond is well stocked with minnows small and large as well as small gills ... So what was so appealing about the Bison Trout magnet ??.. Magic ! And by the way I used the same bait and caught 3 more Gills for supper ... A Good Day .... <'TK><
