I don't eat any freshwater fish, throw everything back, had some people freak out when I was throwing crappie back a few years ago, threw a 20 pound shove head back and some lady asked what was wrong with me lol

Give me Mahi Mahi, Grouper or Halibut

If I had a choice I'd only eat saltwater fish too. By far the best I've ever had was mangrove snapper last year while I was in Daytona!! Caught a couple while I was out on my trip and the guide filters them out and pointed me to the restaurant. Garlic butter and pan seared!!!! My mouth is watering just thinking of them!!

I was in PCB last year and ate at a place. Got some fishermans platter of some kind. Came with 3 types of fish....your main stream eaters which i dont remember the names now and they were all really good. But if i could only have 1 saltwater fish it would be halibut. Perch would be my freshwater pick. Lol....damn yankee in me!

I agree about saltwater fish and snapper! I grew up spending my summers in Florida and make a trip back every year just to fish. I Brought back 76lbs of fillets from 5 different kinds of snapper last summer... Can't wait for June!
