water temps

I don't have a boat and was wondering what the current water temps are on priest and old hickory. Im crappie eager and all the websites I can find water temperatures on don't seem to be updated frequently. Thanks for any responses!

From what I see Temps on priest are around the mid 50's.

Thanks for the reply. Everything I find online is saying around 42 degree still and I thought surely that was incorrect.

Temp was 56 degrees in Hamilton Creek at sailboat marina. That was around 1 pm today.

I fished Normandy today. Sucked for us but the water temp was in the low 50's this morning. Most places were around 58 this afternoon. Did I say the fishing sucked?

Story of my life. I just have to go out and try places and hope I get lucky. Thanks for the water temp update though.

I'm itching to get back out to Normandy to see if some of my springtime crappie patterns pay off. I am currently waiting on a new axle for my boat, 4 weeks now. I'm missing some of the best fishing times and it's getting on my nerves.

I thought I had my Evinrude fixed. But no......it's broke again. It's cutting out. I had the power pack replaced last spring. Then the gearcase was worked on and worked on and then I worked on it with the help of some friends. I now think it's ok.
Now to get the multi meter out and see if I have an ignition problem. I knew I should have repowered a couple years ago.

It's an expensive thing to repower but not a bad idea to get rid of the old rudes. I flirted with putting a new 4 stroke Suzuki on my boat but my Optimax only has about 240 hours on it. Hopefully you get it figured out, it's frustrating trying to trouble shoot something every time you go out.

Fished Old Hickory on Tuesday (3/15) from 7 am to noon. The Lock 3 area temps were 52-53 degrees. Sanders Ferry area were 50-51 degrees.

Ok cool! That's good to know. I tried going out a couple days last week and the bite had dropped off in shallow areas where I was catching stuff. I think the past couple days of cold weather made them retreat a bit. Thanks for the response!
