Default Old Hickory 04/25/20

Found some on Old Hickory this afternoon. Water temp was 61 pretty much everywhere I went on the lower end. Caught all but 1 on a 4" dead ringer. 1 largemouth on a floating worm. Water clarity was fairly decent. Heck of a lot better than Station Camp Creek. Caught 6 total.

That should have been 04/24/20

Nice fish! All good chunks!
Thanks for the report. I would have thought the water would be heavily stained, but good to know it's manageable.

Yesterday AM, the water temps main lake were 57, most pockets 57, and Drakes was 61-62. Drakes is still stubbornly stained in the mid-upper creek end but better towards channel. Main lake and pockets not too stained. Crappie still have not moved up yet or wouldn't bite, the few I caught had eggs only slightly developed.
