Default Another good at at Nickajack.

Another very good day at Nickajack. Caught 19 crappie today...all in the 11-12 inch range except for one which hit the 13 inch mark. Had a nice 17 inch KY bass. Once again I used the Tict Ice Cube Mebaru 6' 9" UL rod.....probably the most sensitive rod on the planet. Had a Daiwa Certate 2004CH spooled with SOS 2# test line. Had a Bison colored Trout Magnet on a 1/16 ounce ball head jig with a #6 hook. These fish came out of 13 feet of water and were suspended around 9 feet.....holding in the shade. Once again a lot of fun on the UL rod and light line. That Spotted bass...as I always say..be "Diggin"....LOL. Another fun day...even the crappie put up a great fight on an UL rod and 2# test line. Once again not a bluegill to be found. Didn't stay but a couple of hours......sun beating down on an aluminium boat with no wind makes for a hot day for an older guy....LOL. Have to send the trolling motor in for repair this weekend so will be beating the banks for a week or so. Life is good!

Regards

Boy if I didn't have to work I'd offer to be your personal boat driver while your boats down. Just to learn from the panfish master.

Shouldn't even say panfish master with all the bass you catch. We just say the master
