I didn’t go fishing today and caught as many fish as I would some days on the water, but did make some money working. Some day I’ll be like Merv. LOL

Ha! Love it! Well I went this evening with my son and we did pretty good. We started with crappie and caught 10 off a brush pile in 12 FOW, before moving over to bass. (Sorry, not giving the GPS coordinates to the brush pile, but lets just say the crappie are biting good.)

For bass, we caught most in 6-9’ FOW on cove points leading out to the main lake. Fishing jigs and worms worked for us. Right before dark, the bass moved up shallow. Water temps were around 70.
