Default Topwater Rods for Different Types of Baits

Hello All, I moved to Louisiana in June and would give up my pinky toe to fish the Caney one more time! Don't take it for granted! So I did go over to Texas today and fished Big Cypress Bayou which feeds into Caddo Lake…regardless of all my bass rods, I need advice on topwater rod suggestions. I am 6'4" but still think a shorter rod like 6 or 6'6" may be better for spooks, walking the dog, popRs, hula poppers, etc…but for buzz baits, Devil's Horse, hollow body frogs a 7 footer would be fine…anyway, what do you all find to work well on topwater rods for bass applications?

I use 6' rods for topwater like spooks and vixen but I am a bit shorter with T Rex arms. The shorter rod just allows me to work those baits better.

walking baits like a spook, 6'6". I throw my frog on a 7'6" medium heavy villain, I like the tip on it.
