Default Fishing in Paradise

These were caught on a recent trip to Costa Rica. We fished two days, had 4 sailfish, 6 Dorado, and several tuna. The Captain said the fishing was bad because the moon was full. We really enjoyed it

Nice fish...

I went to Cancun for my 50th birthday and decided to charter a boat and caught a few, but nothing like what you did. Then again I had a nilly willie that started whining and crying like a little girl after he got sea sick after a couple hours.

Awesome. From the 2nd pic, was the deck awash from backing down on a sail?

Did the captain let you cast any light gear for the dolphin? Was it all trolling with 50's? Nice bull.

Care to share any details? Lodge, charter, location?

I'm sure Preacher had a better experience then I did.. I would not recommend Cancun. They will try to jack you for more money once they get you from the dock. It didn't work as well as they had hoped, but we didn't allow then to get away with it.

Default fishing in paridise

Golfito C R Fish Lodge and Marina Captain Bobby McGuinness everything was wonderful. I told Bobby that I would tell everyone who asked about the trip that he was one of the best captains that I have fished with and I have fished with several. Preacher

I left out part of the lodge name it should have been Fish Hook Lodge and Marina. They also have a bar and really good food. preacher
