Default Douglas Lake

Went to Douglas Lake yesterday with a friend of mine.. 2nd time for him and 1st time for me. We went to launch at Muddy River but the was something going on there.. There was boats lined up from the ramp almost to the road... so we turned around and found another ramp to launch at at the eastern end of the lake.

Water was really high from the weekend rains, probably a good 5' higher than normal judging have far the trees was submerged. I got a solid hit but nothing else. We threw everything but the kitchen sink at them.

I will say that I know know how it feels to run 70 mph across the water... I think I'll stick with my 40 mph Tracker... LOL
