I don't know what that guy was doing... He should never be allowed in a boat again. I'm sure a lot of us here have been in some near misses, but this one takes the cake. Full Steam Ahead!

Supposedly is handicap and can't stand up so he has to sit behind the wheel, he said he never saw them. Someone on his boat said he was on his cell at the time.

That is a crazy video. What's almost as bad is watching weekenders back down ramps on Priest when the weather is nice
