Thumbs up Bass Pro & Tracker boats

Delete if I'm breaking any rules...

I’d like to make a couple shout outs to 3 place of business that really stood out Friday after buying my boat.

The first place is Tracker Marine Boat Center 486 Cave Rd in Nashville Tn

It was necessary for me to get the boat inspected in order to transfer the warranty. They were not only helpful, but I felt they went out of their way in helping me get all the proper forms filled out, even for the motor. I’d give them a 10 for customer service.

Next is the Opry Mills Mall security… I had to stop by Bass Pro shop to buy a few things for the boat and I’d say I was there maybe 2 hrs. Upon returning to my pickup, I decided to put the life preservers and a few other items in the boat storage. It wasn’t a minute or two and security was right there. I told him I just boat the boat and had to buy a few things while I was passing by. Needless to say I thanked him for keeping an eye out on my boat.. I have to admit the thought of someone stealing my seats did cross my mind… So it was nice to know security was on the ball…

Speaking of Bass Pro shop… I swung by the fish finder station, I mentioned that I just bought a BT 175 that came with a Lawrence Hook 2 /5 and the guy goes.. Is that your black 175 TXW outside ? I’m like how the hell did you know what is sitting outside when your inside .. LOL

I just want to give Kudo’s to everyone that stepped up Friday… customer service was top notch.
