Default Saturday

Well, I hope that this isn’t a new reality. Went below Cheatham dam sat afternoon. Water was really low, guess we haven’t had enough rain to catch up. Bite was pretty poor. Hung into 3 gar, then foulhooked a dadgum Asian carp. Probably 10 or 12 lbs. used to go down there this time of year and catch stripe, crappie, and maybe an early sauger or 2.
I hope these carp have not totally ruined fishing down there.
