Default Steam Plant Thursday afternoon

Went to the steam plant yesterday afternoon water temperature was from 67 to 69°. Caught a few skipjack for stripers but no takers. I had some tuffy minnows caught a few catfish and rockfish with decent size. Was fishing a swivel rig on the bottom. A few yellow bass too. Only 4 boats and the water was a little stained.
