Default Fuel Line Brands for Outboard

My Seasense fuel line for my 15 HP Johnson was giving me fits the other day, meaning the bulb would not get firm, and therefore the motor would not run. I have read on how ethanol really cruds up those fuel lines and bulbs, so I am going to use ethanol free gas only in the future as that may be what has mine fouled up...is there any brand of fuel line that is better than the other? I see Atwood out there, and I have had a Seasense that only lasted two years. I need one for a Johnson outboard and am open to suggestions or advice on what to stay away from.

We at Mid-Tenn Ford use gates brand of fuel line found at most auto parts stores but
the USCG recommends type A1-15 hose.
