Default Old hickory 10/8

Havenít fished much at all in 2 months. Got out a couple of times in the past week. Today fished after work for about 2 hours on station camp creek. Caught around 10 and a nice white bass. Only one was a keeper but they were all fat from gorging shad. Caught on either h20 squarebill shad color or silver blue back rattle trap. Water temp still 78 degrees. Shad every where.

Sounds like a good 2 hrs. I am wondering if bigger fish are still deep.

I was fishing rock bank from ski cove down past Diane Blacks house. Caught them from right on bank to about 15 off. Caught a couple fat ones at ski cove point. The rest in the cove right before gallatin marina, they were in about 6 foot middle of the cove. All chasing shad schools.

Thanks! We probably saw you out there. We launched at Lock 4 and were on the same pattern. Just wondering if anyone was catching them any differently. They've been really stingy deep and non existent in the grass. Seems like they're just acting a fool chasing those tiny shad all over the place.
