Thanks all,

It is a really beautiful creek. Full of life. I saw frogs, snakes, crawfish, kingfishers, blue herons, tons of minnows and lots of panfish and bass. Flipped a few rocks and there were loads of mayfly nymphs and hellgrammites. Didn't see another fisherman all afternoon. Everything was released as it is a pretty small creek and the pools that hold fish are really obvious. Plus it is a good long hike to get there.

I have my eye on another spot to try out next time.

Jim
