Thank you TK for all that you do, and also the hard work that Danny does to keep such a great site up and running. I consider many of you family, and enjoy getting on here (FishingTN) to read all the great reports. We have grown so much in the few years I have been here it's nice to be able to rib each other, give and receive tips, and have friendly constructive discussions without anyone getting to butt hurt. I look forward to many more gatherings, and wish everyone and their families a Merry Christmas.

"Christmas is forever, not for just one day,
for loving, sharing, giving and not to put away
like bells and lights and tinsel, in some box upon the shelf.
The good you do for others is good you do yourself."

-Norman W. Brooks

Merry Christmas to everyone and hope everyone has safe travels over the holiday's.

Mike, I already had one of those for you and was waiting for Christmas to give it to you. I will just return it.

BTW, Are you fishing for blue gills? I mean those ice holes are too small to drag a monster through. On the subject of ice holes. Merry Christmas Merv!!!!

Be safe, have fun and a Merry Christmas Mike.

There may be others out there but this is the only forum I read when it comes to fishing in TN; a big thanks to TK and crew for providing this great site!

Your tree is beautiful. I did not see any packages that were 6 to 7 ft long. Looks like no new rod.

A very astute observation on your part. My wife already thinks I have too many rods (I know, silly, isn't it?) so she had absolutely no sympathy whatsoever when I told her my woeful tale. Not even when I mentioned the rod was a St. Croix, which would have brought on tears with anyone else. No, I'm going to have to do some underhanded, thief-in-the-night type internet shopping and act surprised when that rod tube shows up.

SAMBOLIE!!!

After I been SOOOOO nice to you! Anybody else had the audacity to buck the SOMBOLIE CURSE and dare to take you fishin??

HELL NO! EVERYBODY, includin TK WALKER, THAT FINE GENTLEMAN, sent me PM's congratulatin me on my bravery to even ATTEMPT to catch fish with you in the boat. Most of'em statin that they ain't even lettin you walk on the dock they launch from!

But that's JUST FINE! I'm a big man with broad shoulders and I know how's ya be. I just let it go, hopin someday after I've lived long enough to be old and crochety like you, some good lookin whippersnapper like me will take pity on me, like I have with you, overlook my dementia, wet pants, and poopy smell and take me fishin. I believe in karma and I should be rewarded someday for the kindness I been showin ya.

God knows I deserve it!

Default I knew it!

If you don't get any presents this Christmas, it's likely because yes, Virginia, Santa Claus is out fishing!
