Paleo - that's why lake fish around here are good to keep and eat (subject to regulations). Do you crossfit?

Thanks for the tip Gene. I just finished doing this with some crappie and it was great. Did half like normal then half this way. These were much crispier. I just put some mustard in a bowl the flipped the fish around in it, flour pepper shake bag and fry. Delicious!
