TK,
I've seen genetically mutated trout (1 missing a pectoral fin and 1 that looked as if the mid 1/3 was removed) on the Caney or Obey before. I wonder if their breeding tanks were not cleaned out properly either?

From talking to some TWRA Bio folks this is usually what causes this ... <'TK><
