I'll be at Logans, I haven't had their rolls in a long time.

If there is still room, I will be able to make the dinner prior to the USACE meeting.
We recently complete a letter to USACE from the professional organization that I am member of and I will either read it into the record or hand delivery it at the meeting. Version of the letter and heading out this weekend and early next week by email and letter to the USACE and state reps.
Hopefully, another group of voices in addition to fishermen will help,
Jim

A Note from Doug Markham ... <'TK><
T.K.
The 2 hour audio of the Kentucky meeting is posted on my FB page. Interesting
and telling. Please let your friends know they can get a great idea
about what to expect and maybe help them formulate their thoughts if they plan
to ask questions. Judge Wade White sent it to me. He also said he
would be glad to show up at Logans and brief the group on Tuesday.
Thanks for everything,
Doug M.

Has anyone discussed with a lawyer the option/viability of a class action lawsuit against the COE? There should be a fishing friendly attorney or law firm that would handle this , either pro bono or for a modest fee.
If we could get an injunction that would halt and impede these restrictions about to be imposed on the below dam accessibility, this could give us time to gather forces, resources, and influence lawmakers in Washington to scrap this idea. If nothing else, it could tie it up in litigation for years.

I just listened to the 1/13 meeting, and what the main speaker for the COE kept referring to is that they are trying to comply with a regulation(s) that are already on the books, is there a way to have changes made to the regulation(s) through our State Reps? They (COE) seem to be focused on complying with a regulation(s)................

Newbie here.
Based on my experience the COE is simply CYA. They cannot stand prolonged controversy.
