Default Line Roller info needed

Reel Tune - More information on the line roller maintenance would be helpful. What did you flush it with? Did you lube it or leave it dry? If you lubed it, what with? Thanks

I completely disassemble the line roller assembly washers, bearing, screw and roller. All plastic parts are put in a heated ultra sonic cleaner with a non harmful solution, all metal, and brass pieces are placed in a heated ultra sonic cleaner with acetone. I run the ultra sonic cleaners for 7-10 minutes, and then dry with compressed air at about 13psi. After the bearings are dry I spin check them, and then blast with brake cleaner if needed. Roller guide bearings are lubed with either TSI321, or Daiwa TDZ Blue Oil these are my two recommendations. The TSI will last longer, and protect better, but the Daiwa TDZ has a lower viscosity, and will spin easier which is better for ultra lite applications. I also check the roller itself for any damage or nicks.
