Congrats on the new house purchase. Hope you put in the contract the previous owners will remain responsible for the yard. That way you will have more time to fish!

Dude, You are correct! Last year I paid a guy to mow my yard, 30 bucks a pop, well worth it. This year I got my mower fixed and I am mowing tonight. I only have an acre but that, landscaping and garden is more than enough to eat into fishing time.
