Default Rod repair

Anyone do rod repair? I don’t have the space or stuff to do it, nor the time. I have a few eyes missing inserts on a couple rods and really need them fixed. Far too expensive of rods to simply replace.

The last time I accidentally broke my rod, I couldnt find anyone to repair my it. I had no choice but to buy a new one. Im glad I did. I found out that my rod was outdated and there were better rods in the market. If anyone is looking to upgrade their fishing rods, you should check this website.

Replacing eyes is not that tough. Watch one on Youtube and get the right Flex Coat epoxy to coat the thread, it is not the same as regular epoxy glue as it dries more pliable. The epoxy and the thread are specifically made for rod building. Just remember you have to turn/rotate the rod while it dries. I use a box with a couple of v's cut out of the ends and turn it watching a game or something.
