Default Lost Tackle Bag - Gallatin/Old Hickory

I left my tackle bag at the Woods Ferry ramp in Gallatin last night around 6:30. Drove back when I realized it was missing, but it was already gone. Other than here and Craigslist, are there any places I should post in hopes of getting the tackle back?

Default Question ... <'TK><

Did you have any Identification attached to it ?? I know Wilson county Sheriffs Dept. patrols the ramps frequently... Don't know about the Sumner County side ... You may contact them... Just a thought ... TK

Unfortunately, i do not think there is any identification. Good tip, on checking with the sheriffs office.

I checked Flippers and Poindexter's to see if it had been turned in, but no luck.

I appreciate the offers, great to see such generous folks in the group. I will gradually rebuild my arsenal one trip at a time, based on what I intend to throw for the day.

I have been watching Facebook, Craigslist, Letgo, etc. for 3 weeks now. Today, my lures showed up for sale on Facebook. Messaged with the seller who says he bought it from a guy at a bar for $30. He says he has the tackle bag and my creeking waistbag as well. Long story short, I will be getting my tackle back this afternoon after I pay a $30 "remember to check around the ramp before you leave" tax.

Thanks again to all the folks that offered gear. Great community on here.

Wow. Hope it works out. Be careful as the seller may not be being truthful, meet at an open public place.

Good Deal always nice to have a guy in the area you can point out to the perpetrator/seller in a pre-planned spot that has your back...seems to change the dynamics at times just sayin. Controlling the zone is important. Anyhoo still have plastics to cover your 30 clam loss if you want.
