SAMBOLIE,
Dakota taught me so well, I took another guide I know out to the same place the next morning.
First fish of the day was a 33.60 lb rockfish, followed by a bunch of 12, 13 lb fish, an 18 lb'er and another 33+ lb rockie.
Total weight for the day was 151 lbs.
Dakota was out there with another friend who wanted to fish live bait. His friend's total with live bait was zero.
The friend called me up the next morning asking if I would go out with him and show him what we had done the previous day.
Met him at noon and loaded up.
First fish of the day was 37 lbs, then an 18, next up was a 25'er, then a 28, and another 25.
Total tally for the day was 156 lbs.
So, yes, I thank Dakota for teaching me how to catch fish, unlike you, who only has taught me how to get skunked 6 trip's in a row!
