Default I am now a homeowners

That’s all!! It’s been a stressful journey. To anyone about to go through this process or thinking about it, make damn sure you have all your paper work (taxes, paycheck stubs, and bank statements). Research lenders or banks, and the possibility of the THDA loans. You’ll thank me and yourself later.

I have an egg knock off that works well. I’m no grill master yet, but working on it.

Congrats. Hope you enjoy for many years to come.

No need to worry about a boat. You will be too busy with the lawn and landscaping this coming spring.
