Screw all you guys who get to fish this Spring while I'll be spending almost all of April in Texas for a project startup haha. Just kidding, good luck, make me jealous. There's a chance I'll get to do some flats fishing for Reds and Specks once while I'm there so I'll do my best to make it happen.

Yeah I'm ready for spring. Don't kayak in winter so can't hit the GSP. The occasional 20+ inch Smallie will have to do until spring. This is going to be the spring of all springs for me. Having a kayak that is hands free should allow me to catch more fish. Having JDM UL rods much more sensitive than anything I have ever fished will get me a few more hook ups. So yes I'm ready for spring.

I can fish during the winter, but it is so much more comfortable and I get to fish shallower. Can't wait for mid-March!

Well.....seriously it is. You come upon a bed of Gills or a nest of crappie. When you catch one you are pulled off station and then have to paddle back to your position to cast to the marker. With a pedal drive should be able to stay on station and fish at same time. My theory anyway...LOL.
