Can you fish from bank at GSP

Was wondering if you could fish from bank at GSP for talapia?
Would like to take some teenagers out there if so.

No, everything is blocked off.

Wish it was still open. Fished it pretty heavy from bank in 60's and very early 70's. Lots of memories.

You can take the kids to bluegrass marina and fish for tilapia there. There is a little dock next to the ramp that you and the kids can fish off or you can bank fish................woody
