Anybody got the inside scoop on the fuel spill? I am hearing that Richland Creek got a lot of Diesel and gas spilled into it. Richland Creek dumps into the Cumberland not far from there.
I was at Rock Harbor yesterday. How they knew the scoop, I don't know, but they seemed to. Their story was that the truck driver had just left the fuel storage with a full load. He was texting while going in to a curve, and wasn't paying attention. The curve was on him before he knew it.
