Default Nothing much Going on...

I have noticed that not to many people are posting. Seems like things have slowed down for everyone over the last few weeks. I know I have been busy with work and then laying tile at my house so i have not got out to much to fish. I plan on Going Friday and shooting guns in the morning, fishing with my pops in the afternoon and then shooting off some fireworks that night, MERICA! I hope everyone has a great 4th. I have some pics just incase everyone forgot what fish looked like, along with freedom. Remember the words of Ron Swanson.

I don't care if he's a fictional character. Ron Swanson is the coolest human being to ever walk the planet. The only reason I watched Parks and Recreation was his funny lines. Red meat eating, hunting, fishing, anti-Government, 'Merican!

I'm hitting Williamsport first thing Friday morning despite the trifecta of bad fishing conditions (post cool front, bluebird skies, north wind).

At night I'll be watching fireworks with my wife and dog and remembering that even though we suck at soccer, we're celebrating the thing we ARE better than Europe at!

i know i havent touched my fishing stuff in 2 weeks.
I have some work around my house to tomorrow, fireworks tomorrow night, then im hitting the river saturday morning. Current or no current, im not gonna risk certain death by going to JPP during the day. I just assume get fried and skunked on the river with no current instead of playing dodge the pleasure boater on JPP. LOL. I will be going there for the night bite though. Gonna get me a light tomorrow to dunk in the water and see how that works out for me.
Hoping for a little current though, get my blade baits a good workout!
I will let everybody know how i do!

Wow I had no idea he really was a woodworking master, I thought that was just part of his character. I looked through the portfolio pics, seriously impressive stuff!

He also convinced me to try a Lagavulin, neat, at a restaurant one night. That's some delicious stuff!

Work, work work. I've worked every day since June 23rd, and my next day off is July 12th, been working some 12's in the mix also. We've also had my 14 y/o brother-in-law in for the past three weeks and he don't fish, so we've been trying to entertain also. Sarah is taking him back home to Indiana today, so next week I'll be back in the groove.

AMERICA!!!

Just got my boat back from the Dr. for a new switch panel and I'm ready to get back at it. I know they'll be deep and I'll have to work for em but I really hate not being able to get out there. I agree with earlier post about JPP, I wouldn't go near that place for any amount of money this weekend. Although it may be entertaining to go watch all the guys yelling commands at their wives while they back their trailers down the middle of the ramp at busiest times...

That sounds like a terrible Idea I am hitting the river up so I can stay away from the traffic, should just be my john boat where I plan fishing. Ron Swanson is by far the best reason to watch Parks and Rec.

I will be fishing a stretch of the river here in Murfreesboro. at the corner of 231 and warrior drive, right by Indian hills golf course.
