Default First attempt at putting together a GoPro video

My wife got me a GoPro for Christmas and up to this point, it has been just a bad luck charm. I'll go out one day without the camera and whack them. The next day I'll take the GoPro and maybe get 1 or 2 fish on camera. I still haven't caught a single "big" bass on camera either. I think the biggest is an 18" Smallmouth. It got so annoying that I just quit taking it altogether. That went on for about 3 months.

Not wanting it to go to waste, I finally took it out the other day on Old Hickory. I wouldn't exactly call it a good day but I got a few fish on camera. I caught 15-20 fish for the day but only got a handful of fish on camera before the battery died. Most were caught on a jig and pig with a few ledge fish on a 6XD thrown in there as well. I thought the ledge bite would be better but there was very little water moving so that may have had something to do with it. Everything I caught was about the size that is in the video. Nothing big but still fun.

Tell me what you think. I'm still trying to get everything figured out but I think I'm starting to get the hang of the basics. I'm sure there is a lot more cool stuff you can do with the GoPro software.

Looks like a lot of fun. Next time try catching a few fish to fill all the dead air time in the video.

You're right. Those little guys are thick. Still fun to catch though. I've caught plenty of fish over 4lbs out of OHL but it seems like the average bass out of there is much smaller than Priest.

That was great, felt like I was in the boat with you. I would bass fish again if I could catch them like that!
