thank you sir, we were supposed to do it last year but we decided to reschedule for this year because it was closer. I wish we would have done it last year, I was in better shape. Ever since the kid was born I have slacked off, last year I had 9 months of cross fit under my belt, this year all I have done is run.

CrossFit is great training for that event. I do it too and have for a few years. Only thing in tough mudder that scares me is the electro shock part at the end. I guess thats the electrical engineer in me wanting to know the specs on the power supply before I run through that crap.
