Best weekend in years!
Got off work friday and put in at Davis corner, had a small spot and a 3 1/2lb L/M within 30 minutes. Went to a little hidey hole of mine and managed 5 more with the smallest being just under 2lb and the biggest just over 3.
Went Saturday afternoon and it was a bit tougher but managed to jig 2 with one weighing just at 5lb @21 1/2inches with a belly full of eggs, made sure she got released right back were she came from ASAP.
All of Fridays fish were taken on white buzzbaits, the louder the better.
Saturdays fish were taken on black and blue bitsy bug jig, working medium to slow on the bottom.
