Default Fishing Jersey / Team Shirts

Some of my students want to have fishing jerseys / team shirts made for the upcoming CF tournament. Anyone know where to have some made locally? The only place I've found online is $60+ and I feel that's a bit much for a high school student to shell out after paying their entry fees.......

I know these guys are kinda pricy, but they do some absolutely INCREDIBLE work. i dont know the cost of the jerseys as ive never looked into it, but maybe to offset the cost they could have a fund raiser or something. or maybe mention they are for a high school team and maybe they can work with ya since its for a cause.
But the guys are out of Canada and if you havent seen thier gear before, prepare to be amazed! you can search thier site for other jerseys and stuff they have done for lodges and other things.

Here is what we're looking at. South East Impression in Lebanon is able to do them for about $30
They're the moisture wicking polos. I figure this way the boys can wear them at school since, as they're a collared shirt, they're in dress code vs a fishing jersey.

The EXAMPLE will be each students last name. The more we sell the less they are. Thinking of selling them for $35 to cover tax and then whatever is the difference will go to the CF Foundation.

Thoughts?

I think they look good. What do the boys think?

Honestly, I thought they would be upset that its just a polo vs a "Real" fishing jersey.

Until I told them it was in school dress code.

I had to explain why they were purple though (CF color, same as Pink for Breast Cancer, Red for American Heart Assoc, etc). Once I told them that they were good to go with it.

If anyone wants one, I can ship!

This group wants a Bass Team at LHS, but with me being an FFA Advisor, I dont have the opportunity to practice with a team such as that. If there was another teacher who could head it up, I'd co-sponsor it sure thing. The other thing is insurance with the county, liability, etc etc etc.

I wear light color dri-fit polos during the summer months. I think it keeps you cooler. I always joke that I am the best dressed fisherman on the water. I went out last Sunday in khakis and a polo because it was to cold for me to change into the shorts I brought with me.

Farley, the tournament is May 3rd out of Flipper on Old Hickory. Its open to anyone.

www.sterlingfishing.com

Click on Tournament and you can get all the info. I mentioned it one day in my Wildlife Management class and next thing I know I have several students telling me they signed up to fish it. Then, they all want matching shirts!

I'd rather see my students on the lake than out partying / getting drunk / high or playing video games!
