Default Elk 4/5

I usually like to just fish the Caney for trout, but when the generators are going all day I will go to the Elk as a last resort. Not a favorite. Today I went with a friend and we decided to try a place further down the river where I have never been but have been told to go and fish. Fished the new area and it was a very exciting day with the numbers and size of trout we both caught,However, the fish were long but not that fat compared to trout in Caney. Also the big ones we caught only took about two minutes to get in. They did not seem that strong. The food supply must not be as abundant as the Caney. Still a very blessed day.
